What is Andium Homebuy?
Andium Homes manages an assisted purchase home ownership scheme for first-time buyers. This program allows buyers to acquire a home by deferring up to 25% of the market value. A variety of properties, ranging from 1-bedroom flats to 4-bedroom houses, are available under this scheme. The specific amount of deferred payment is determined through a financial review of the prospective buyer’s financial position.

How are properties marketed?
Properties for sale will be emailed to Assisted Purchase Pathway clients based on their needs.
How do I let you know that I am interested in a property?
If you’re interested in any of our sale properties, simply click on the property you like, and then hit the red ‘Register your interest’ button. Fill out the brief registration form, and you’ll receive an email confirming your interest in the selected property. Please note that you’ll need to complete a form for each property you’re interested in.
What happens once I have registered interest in a property?
Our team will evaluate the demand, and depending on how long you’ve been on the Assisted Purchase Pathway list, you may receive an invitation to an open viewing.
After the viewing, kindly let us know if you wish to proceed with the property purchase.
Our team will then prioritise the sale based on the longest-serving eligible client.
Once selected, the property sale can take 6 to 8 weeks to complete.
