In accordance with the Government of Jersey’s Public Health and Safety (Rented Dwellings) (Licensing) (Jersey) Regulations 2023, all our properties have a Rented Dwellings License.
These have been issued to all tenants via post in September 2024.
For new tenants joining us or moving to a new address from now on, a copy of the license for the new home will be provided along with the Tenancy Agreement.
No charge is made to tenants for the copy of the license.
