What is Andium Homebuy?
Andium Homes manages an assisted purchase home ownership scheme for first-time buyers. This scheme allows buyers to purchase a home and defer 25% of the sale price. To purchase a home through the scheme, no deposit by Andium Homes is required but you will need to pay for your legal fees and any other associated purchase costs.
Which properties are available to purchase?

How are properties marketed?
Properties for sale will be marketed directly by email to Assisted Purchase Pathway clients based on the information on their application. This is why it is important to keep your application updated.
How do I let you know that I am interested in a property?
If you’re interested in any of our sale properties, simply click on the property you like, and then hit the red ‘Register your interest’ button. Fill out the brief registration form, and you’ll receive an email confirming your interest in the selected property. Please note that you’ll need to complete a form for each property you’re interested in.
What happens once I have registered interest in a property?
Our team will evaluate the demand, and depending on how long you’ve been on the Assisted Purchase Pathway list, you may receive an invitation to an open viewing.
After the viewing, if you wish to proceed with the property purchase you will need to submit the following documents to us:
- Valid identification (Passport or Driving Licence)
- Registration Card (showing “Entitled” status)
- Previous Year Tax assessment and past 3 months payslips
- Mortgage approval in principle dated within 3 months
**Important** if you haven’t already, you need to find out how much you can borrow from one of the lenders who support the scheme (list below). This way you are attending a viewing knowing exactly what your budget is, and you will be able to provide the requested information to us after the viewing should you wish to proceed. Our team will then prioritise the sale based on the longest-serving eligible client.
If you are selected as the buyer, you will receive an Offer Letter. The property sale will then complete within a 6-week timeframe. During this time, there will be opportunities for you to engage with our Sales Team to ensure you experience as worry-free purchase as possible.
