Residents will be contacted by the electrian, in advance, to arrange an appointment and to discuss timescales. Inspections will be completed on the same day and we have been assured by our contractors that they will make every effort to keep the disruption to a minimum.

During the course of the inspection our contractor will also rectify any defects or damage to your electrical installation which requires immediate attention. Other defects such as minor damaged electrical accessories or items which do not comply with the present regulations will be recorded and appropriately classified in the insprection report to be submitted to the Planned Maintenance Team.
At a later date arrangements will be made for an electrical contractor to return and carry out any remedial works required to upgrade and maintain the electrical installation in a serviceable condition.
