As Andium Homes marks its 10th anniversary since incorporation on 1st July 2014, the Company reflects on a decade of significant achievements and unwavering commitment to providing quality homes and landlord services to over 10,000 Islanders.
This is alongside an annual programme of assisted purchase sales and an extensive programme of investment which continues to deliver new homes whilst ensuring that the existing portfolio is maintained to a high standard.
A Journey of Growth and Impact
Over the past ten years, Andium Homes has established itself as Jersey’s largest residential developer and landlord, managing an impressive portfolio of over 4,900 properties and serving more than 10,000 Islanders. The journey has been marked by their dedication to the Andium Homes’ vision of ensuring great homes and services for all who need them.
The significant achievements over the last decade reflect the Company’s core values. Their hard work and dedication have resulted in the delivery of 1,000 new homes, the completion of over 300 major refurbishments, and the initiation of almost 700 additional homes currently under construction. With an investment of almost £600 million in new and existing homes, they have improved maintenance standards and regenerated areas of the Island providing Islanders with much needed homes.
Housing Minister, Deputy Sam Mézec said:
“I congratulate Andium Homes on this landmark anniversary. In the last ten years, Jersey’s social housing has transformed beyond recognition in a way which we should all celebrate. By delivering more homes for social rent and sale to first time buyers, they have demonstrated a successful model which we must continue to build on. In the coming years, I am committed to supporting Andium to further increase our social housing stock and providing new ways to support Islanders into homeownership.”

Andrew Green MBE who was Housing Minister at the time of incorporation, said:
