Hampshire Gardens refurbishment goes out to tender

Andium Homes is seeking expressions of interest to tender for the works to improve the properties at Hampshire Gardens. 

The proposed contract comprises the refurbishment externally and internally of 39 residential units of accommodation, 38 bedsitters and 1 two bedroom flat, in 2 three storey blocks with a single storey link comprising refuse and resident stores.

Andium Homes invites contractors interested in the following works to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (P.Q.Q) through the Channel Islands ePortal.

1. Main Contract Works
   
2. Mechanical Works (as Domestic Sub-contractors)
   
3. Electrical Works (as Domestic Sub-contractors)
   
4. Replacement Windows (as Domestic Sub-contractors)
   

Contractors interested in tendering for this work will need to ensure they are registered on the Channel Islands Procurement Portal and complete the PQQ before noon 19th September 2014.
